Cancellations & Refunds Policy

Subscription Overview

OSCC offers a 3-month subscription-based Integrity Program designed to provide continuous educational services to our members. Subscriptions are set to auto-renew to ensure uninterrupted access to our workshops and resources.

Cancellation Policy

Member-Initiated Cancellation

How We collect and use that information; How You can provide information selectively, and how You can access and update this information; and How We process, share and protect Your information:

  • Cancellation Process: Members may cancel their subscription at any time by contacting our administrative support team via email at contact@oscc.org.in or by calling +917982532843.
  • Effective Date: Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Members will retain access to services until the subscription period concludes.
  • Auto-Renewal: To prevent the next billing cycle's auto-renewal, members should initiate cancellation at least seven (7) days before the current subscription period ends.

OSCC-Initiated Cancellation

OSCC reserves the right to terminate a member's subscription under circumstances including, but not limited to:

  • Violation of OSCC's terms and conditions or code of conduct.
  • Non-payment or payment disputes.
  • Misuse of OSCC's services or resources.

In such cases, members will be notified via their registered email address, and access to services may be revoked immediately.

Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Cooling-Off Period: New members are entitled to a full refund if they cancel their subscription within three (3) days of activation.
  • Post Cooling-Off Period: Cancellations made after the initial 3-day period are not eligible for refunds. Members will continue to have access to services until the end of the current subscription term.

Refund Process

  • Initiation: Refund requests can be initiated by contacting our support team at contact@oscc.org.in.
  • Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 working days, depending on the payment method and financial institution involved.
  • Notification: Members will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

Payment Failures and Disputes

  • Payment Failures: In the event of a payment failure, members will be notified and prompted to update their payment information. Access to services may be temporarily suspended until the issue is resolved.
  • Disputes: Members are encouraged to contact OSCC directly to resolve any payment-related disputes. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be escalated through the payment gateway's dispute resolution process.
